| Biography | Hi all, I am Susan and I live in Haarlem, the Netherlands, together with my husband and daughter. I am a workout addict and I wear many professional hats. There is one big read thread throughout: Listening. I am on a mission to make people listen to each other more, as I think this will change the world we live in. As a Listening Coach, I coach individuals and teams on their listening habits and how they can break through these. I work with an assessment, which reveals your listening habits and your dominant listening style. I don’t teach you how to become a better listener, I help you to take the time and decision to actually listen to someone. |
